jx’s new camera. which jh is using for the moment. yay it’s got image stabiliser, yay it can take nice photos of long distance zooms and low light. jx likes the 1 cm macro, which i think is insane.
the 8mp ups file sizes to 3.5mb though, but 570 pics on 2gb seems alright. the pop-up flash is fun to play with, the spring better to reliable though.
that rotating wheel/button is fun, it also does left-right-up-down. and now there’s only a view-picture-button, just press shoot button to go back into picture taking mode. one less redundancy.

i am so going to flood the hard disk. i have a feeling im going to need 2-300 gb of space. the last trip i already used like 50 gb.
pity the continuous mode is only 1.3 fps, compared to my old one of 2 fps. it’s useful for those shots of ppl jumping in midair.
