Orc Hard Road

took a little walk. the first thing that cheered me up was the the escalator going out of Orc Hard Mrt was broken down. You know, the one that goes to the main street level facing Tangs. So there was this silly queue of people walking up that escalator, and another silly queue of people waiting for the lift. I was thinking, are those the wimps in high heels that can’t climb stairs. Anyway being an intelligent thinking person I took the escalator to the Popular level and then the second escalator to street level, voila, those people are such bimbos.

Some of the FCUK shirts look quite nice, but as usual I can’t bear to spend so much money on clothes. Perhaps when I have an income. Sigh. I dunno how people can spend so much. In the future, I’m going to revamp my wardrobe to be more Me. (not the Giordano Me, but anyway their giordano concept store looks quite nice)

Hello

Well Orc Hard is crowded, and it’s interesting to see the shopping trends. The LV shop had this fantastic queue, I mean, come on, is there a huge sale? Or are you that low class to queue up to buy LV. *diaoz* Burberry also had queues, some 30% sale. Then some other brands were crowded but no queues. Certain ones like Cartier and Tiffany and Boss were not really occupied. I think bags are the easiest things to buy. They’re easy to choose, easy to go with, usually the size fits, and all that. People in this country haven’t got to the clothes level yet. They don’t wear those fantastic looking stuff from i-cant-remember-what-shop.  Then again we can also blame the weather. I mean what goes with hot-stiffly-sunny-humid days, or wet-humid-days.

It’s always difficult to resist the ever-well-stocked bookstore, i still prefer them to Borders. Bizarrely, they’re got this xmas propaganda with this yellow star on red background. It sure looks communist to me. Definitely a weird departure from their blue colors.

had tofu at tonkichi, i think that’s how it’s spelled. although  most of the food was fried. decent. yeah this pic is not reflective of the meal, but i wasn’t too happy that the battery seemed to be low when i didn’t use it much. need new batteries soon, very soon. coffee jelly is interesting though.

tofu as usual

xmas carols. hm. i wonder why people believe so deeply in xmas.

pah you copy my escalator strategy… the funny thing was it was totally uncrowded when you walk the other way. haha.

am wondering… whether the value of branded bags will decrease when too many people have them. sigh they’re not even pretty to begin with. shrug.
