this post is to rant about timezones. i have managed to get tired of timezones. argh, now it’s GMT+0.
then again perhaps i shouldnt complain because im not like flying day to night kinda flights.
then again if i were doing that i would make a conscious effort to adjust my body clock.
but since i am not doing that, 1-2 hr changes make me feel like nothing much has changed, but something has changed, but im confused, but im supposed to change the clock, but my body is slightly confused whether to change or not to change. perhaps it doesn’t matter, im just ranting.
timezones arent as bad as timezones+daylightsavingstime.
perhaps when you have an unsettled sleep schedule, it doesn’t really matter.
