stupid jh keeps on mixing the wrong chemicals in wrong amounts in wrong buffers in wrong samples. good thing the 10% SDS, 20% Methanol for 8mins did not totally kill my immunoblot. it is so unhealthy a buffer for protein and antibodies and fluorescence tags. grah. almost killed 2 days of work.
thankfully much of it survived.
darkrooms are so fun. it’s fun to play. it’s almost the easiest slackest part of the whole thing, just put and wait. haha.
