ended up buying a camera bag. so bad. ze Kata DR-466i, which comes in a nice black texture, chrome yellow interior!!, lots of pockets, nice zips, nice buckles, heavy padding, and surprising sleekness for so much capacity. and it fits my 70-200 mounted, sideways.
i am so not walking around with laptop together with the camera. seriously overweight.
