i dont like coomassie blue staining. don’t like the smell of the methanol. (and also the acetic acid, but that’s not so bad) and the idea of formaldehyde…

methinks that they suck big time, because they are troublesome, require many washes, uses up alot of buffer, uses pathetically slow gravity-drip method, and just suck.

parce-que. highly unlikely that I would get to stay at Cité Université, coz apparently that place is catered to masters students and above, and those doing arts, or nationalities which have houses there, or sigh. but it’s such a nice place. no fair. grumble.
