i dont like coomassie blue staining. don’t like the smell of the methanol. (and also the acetic acid, but that’s not so bad) and the idea of formaldehyde…

did i ever mention that they should teach students how to present nice tables. seriously they should teach that at a lower level, maybe secondary school or JC. [...]

methinks that they suck big time, because they are troublesome, require many washes, uses up alot of buffer, uses pathetically slow gravity-drip method, and just suck.
